Saratoga resident Pat Bailey entered this world in Spokane Washington on July 22, 1941. Her younger brother John still lives in the family home. She was the daughter of Jack and Ethel McLay. She died the evening of May 19th in the arms of her husband of over 58 years. The Saratoga Panthers boys track team competed at state for three days. Grant Bartlett led the way placing 2nd in both the 1600 Meter Run and 3200 Meter Run with the times of 4:51.96 and 10:34.37.
