Candice McSpadden is excited to share nutritional information with the county she has lived in for 13 years.
Candice McSpadden was announced as the new Carbon County Educator for the University of Wyoming’s Cent$ible Nutrition Program in November.
“I’m new to the role, but I’ve lived in Carbon County for over 13 years,” McSpadden said.
Originally from California, McSpadden spent some time in Colorado before moving to the Platte Valley. Her passion for food resources and education comes during difficult times during high school.
