Casey Jones, head coach of the Saratoga Cutthroats, said it was nothing his guys did wrong, they were simply outmatched.

“We were pretty outmatched in Evanston on Saturday,” Jones said. “Evanston is the No. 1 team in our district and we traveled down there with only eight of our "A" team players [and] we added one 14-year-old from our "C" team to have a complete team. We got beat pretty badly but I enjoyed coaching and being with the kids on the road trip”.
