Latham joins Town & Country

Town & Country Realty, located in Saratoga, recently announced the addition of Jezria “Jez” Latham to their team.

Latham is no stranger to the real estate industry, especially in Carbon County. Jez began her career in 2000 at just 18 years old. She quickly grew to love her career path just as much as her home state of Wyoming. Latham has owned and brokered her own company, Provident Realty, since 2018 but recently made the decision to join Town & Country Realty, something she is excited about according to the press release.

She strongly believes in being involved in the community and the REALTOR organization. Latham is an active member of the Carbon County Board of REALTORS and currently serving her second rotation as President & Board of Directors. She was awarded the county REALTOR and Wyoming Local REALTOR of the Year 2023. She also served on the Board of Directors for both the Saratoga/Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Carbon County Economic Development.
