New owners of 307 Pub & Grub overwhelmed by response from community
The 307 Pub and Grub owners Adrianne Wagnon, Sally Wells and Jennifer Cuningham opened the doors of the Pub and Grub on November 4th, but only the Pub was serving.
The grand opening of 307 Pub and Grub at the corner of 6th and Highway 70 in Encampment on New Year's Eve Day was a tremendous success if attendance is any indication. From the time they opened for breakfast until after dinner there was seldom an empty table. Co-owners Adrianne Wagnon and Sally Wells said that they served at least 50 breakfasts and went through four prime ribs. They served approximately 120 meals and ran out of prime rib at 5pm. New Year's Day did not disappoint as Wagnon served up Catfish with hush-puppies and black eyed peas. Wagnon said she was overwhelmed by the response from the Valley residents.
The menu has the standard offerings such as omelets, chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy and breakfast burrito. They also offer items like a veggie Benedict. Lunch includes a variety of burgers, chicken fried steak sandwich, and even a Big Mac Salad.
For the present time they will only be serving breakfast from 7 to 11:30 p.m. and lunch from 11:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. They are open and serving 7 days a week. A dinner menu is planned for the future but it all comes down to the same problem most businesses have and that is staffing with reliable people. The pub is open from noon to close Monday through Friday and on the weekends the pub opens at 10 a.m. You can find their information on Facebook or call 307-327-5280.
