Tigers Twofold Weekend

The Encampment Tiger track team doubled their meets over the weekend. Participating in the Burt Willford Memorial Invitational hosted by Saratoga High School Friday. Followed by the Ted Schroeder Track Invite hosted by Rock Spring High School Saturday. The girls team pre qualifying for state in the sprint medley relay. With multiple first place titles for the Tigers to take home after the weekend.

Burt Willford Invite

Kristie Jordan won both throwing events for the Lady Tigers. Michael Anderson won the 100 and 200 meter dash along with the high jump. Quade Jordan won both throwing events on the boys side. Bryce Reid lept into 1st place in the 110 meter hurdles.

Girls Results

Kristie Jordan took 1st place in shot put with a score of 34 feet 7.5 inches. Jordan also took 1st place in discus with a score of 79 feet 4.25 inches. Jordan had a time of 17.91 seconds in 100 meter hurdles taking 2nd place.

Cora Schroeder took 2nd place in shot put with a score of 28 feet 3.25 inches. Schroeder took 2nd place in discus with a score of 75 feet 10.5 inches. In the meter dash Schroeder took 7th place with a time of 15.46 seconds.

Kyenna Jackson took 3rd place in shot put with a score of 28 feet 3 inches. Jackson also took 3rd place in discus with a score of 74 feet 10.5 inches. Jackson ran a time of 16.04 seconds in the 100 meter dash taking 8th place.

Allison Bromley took 2nd place in the 1600 meter run with a time of 6:38 minutes. Bromley landed in 3rd place on the triple jump with a score of 28 feet 10 inches.

Kayla Smith ran into 4th place in the 100 meter dash with a score of 15.32 seconds. Smith also landed 4th place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 33.38 seconds.

Eckerley Pickett ran a time of 14.17 seconds in the 100 meter dash landing in 2nd place. Pickett in the 200 meter dash ran a time of 29.96 seconds landing in 1st place. Pickett in the 100 meter hurdles had a time of 18.6 seconds scoring 3rd place.

The sprint medley relay landed the Lady Tigers in 2nd place. Ran by Kayla Smith, Eckerley Pickett, Kristie Jordan, Allison Bromley. This finishing place prequalifies the Lady Tigers for state.

Boys Results:

Michael Anderson jumped into 1st place in high jump with a score of 5 feet 4 inches. Anderson, running the 100 meter dash, scored 1st place with a time of 11.9 seconds. Anderson, running the 200 meter dash, scored 1st place with a time of 25.65 seconds. Taking 3rd place in the long jump Anderson scored 16 feet 11 inches.

Quade Jordan took 1st place in shot put with a score of 47 feet 11.5 inches. Jordan

taking 1st place in discus with a score of 124 feet 5 inches. Running into 2nd place Jordan

had a time of 12.07 seconds in the 100 meter dash.

Koye Gilbert placed 2nd in shot put with a score of 40 feet 5.75 inches. Gilbert landed 3rd in discus with a score of 113 feet 4.5 inches. Gilbert ran a time of 12.56 seconds in the 100 meter dash coming in 3rd place.

Kaben Pickett took 3rd place in shot put with a score of 40 feet 5.75 inches. Pickett took 2nd place in discus with a score of 120 feet 1.75 inches. Pickett darted into 2nd place in the 400 meter dash with a time of 59.49 seconds. Pickett landed in 4th place in the high jump with a score of 5 feet.

Lane LaBorde had a score of 34 feet 3 inches in shot put coming in 4th place. LaBorde had a score of 82 feet 11.25 inches in discus landing in 6th place. In the 100 meter dash LaBorde had a score of 12.69 seconds finishing in 4th place.

Gunner Henrie jumped into 5th place in the high jump with a score of 5 feet. Henrie took 3rd place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.16 seconds.

Lucas Stubbs jumped into 6th place in the long jump with a score of 15 feet 7.25 inches. In the 100 meter dash Stubbs took 8th place with a time of 13.2 seconds. Stubbs took 5th place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 29.16 seconds.

Bryce Reid took 1st place in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 18.26 seconds. Darting into the 200 meter dash Reid placed 4th with a score of 28.73 seconds. In the 100 meter dash Reid placed 7th with a time of 13.1 seconds. Reid placed 5th in the long jump with a score of 15 feet 7.5 inches.

Baylin Sifford took 8th place in discus with a score of 75 feet 1.5 inches. Sifford placed 6th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.09. Sifford placed 7th in the long jump with a score of 14 feet 4.4 inches.

Ben Wagy placed 7th in discus with a score of 76 feet .25 inches.

Brian Smith took 2nd place in the 1600 meter run with a time of 6:09 minutes. Smith took 4th place in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:43 minutes.

Ted Schroeder Track Invite

Encampment girls scored 12 total team points and Encampment boys scored a total 24 team points. Fourteen schools participated in the meet, feilding athletes on both sides.

Girls Results:

Allison Bromley jumped into 11th place in the triple jump with a score of 27 feet 8 inches. Bromley took 6th place in the 3200 meter run with a time of 14:51 minutes.

Kyenna Jackson took 30th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 14.99 seconds. Jackson took 39th in discus with a score of 56 feet 3 inches. Taking 12th in shot put Jackson scored 29 feet 3.5 inches.

Kristsi Jordan took 8th in 100 meter hurdles with a time of 18.08 seconds. In 300 meter hurdles Jordan took 11th place with a score of 56.15 seconds. Jordan took 18th in discus with a score of 76 feet 4 inches. In shot put Jordan took 2nd place with a score of 35 feet 8 inches.

Eckerle Pickett took 13th place in 100 meter hurdles with a time of 19.23 seconds. In the 100 meter dash Pickett took 25th place with a time of 14.68 seconds. Pickett in the 200 dash took 20th place with a time of 30.90.

Cora Schroeder in the 100 meter dash took 38th place with a time of 15.42. In discus Schroeder took 25th place with a score of 73 feet. Schroeder took 9th place in high jump with a score of 4 feet 6 inches. In shot put Schroeder took 16th place with a score of 28 feet 8 inches.

Kayla Smith placed 37th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 15.35 seconds. Smith placed 32nd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 33.64 seconds.

Boys Results:

Michael Anderson took 11th place in the high jump with a score of 5 feet.

Tyrel Brown placed 54th in shot put with a score of 24 feet 2 inches.

Koye Gilbert placed 6th in shot put with a score of 40 feet 5 inches.

Gunner Henrie placed 55th in the 100 meter dash with a score of 13.6 seconds. Henrie placed 39th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 28.44 seconds. Placing 43rd in discus Henrie scored 73 feet 1 inch.

Quade Jordan placed 2nd in shot put with a distance of 48 feet 2 inches, Jordan placed 3rd in discus with a distance of 126 feet 1 inch.

Lane LaBorde placed 26th in discus with a distance of 81 feet 10 inches. LaBorde placed 19th in shot put with a distance of 33 feet 5 inches.

Kaben Pickett took 7th place in discus with a distance of 118 feet 1 inch. Pickett took 9th in high jump with a height of 5 feet 2 inches. In shot put Pickett took 14th place with a score of 35 feet 9.5 inches. In the 100 meter dash Pickett took 29th place with a time of 12.65 seconds.

Bryce Reid took 9th in 110 meter hurdles with a time of 18.75 seconds. Reid took 17th place in long jump with a distance of 15 feet 5.75 inches. In the 200 meter hurdles Reid took 43rd place with a time of 29.15 seconds.

Baylin Sifford took 43rd in shot put with a distance of 27 feet 9 inches. Sifford took 54th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.52 seconds.

Brian Smith took 22nd in the 3200 meter run with a time of 12 minutes 59.56 seconds.

Lucas Stubbs took 25th place in long jump with a distance of 14 feet 9 inches. Stubbs took 42nd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 29.13 seconds. In the 100 meter dash Stubbs took 49th with a time of 13.30 seconds.

Owen Tanner took 50th place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 31.76 seconds.

Ben Wagy took 30th place in shot put with a distance of 30 feet 11.5 inches. Wagy took 44th place discus with a distance of 72 feet 6 inches.

The next track meets for the Encampment Tigers will be April 14th in Riverton and April 22nd in Rawlins.
