Wyo Laffs Apologizes

Dear Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and citizens of Saratoga,  

Wyo Laffs was hired to be the entertainment at your annual banquet on Thursday March 10th.   During Don’s performance many of your members were offended by his jokes. This was your night to spotlight the best of Saratoga businesses and we took that away from you. We would like to sincerely apologize for this.  The material that was presented was due to a miscommunication, which we accept full responsibility for, we are to blame.  Don has 2 sets, one adult set which he performs in bars, and for some non-profits, and a clean set he has performed for non-profits and in churches. Don did his adult set, which was not appropriate for a chamber of commerce meeting.    We have been doing shows together for 3 years and have had a great reputation with our clients.  In this case, we feel like we have let down the Saratoga Chamber, its members, and the town of Saratoga.  We are returning the payment in full that was made to Don and Daren.  We have been thinking about how to make it up to you.  If you would like, Daren will return and do a 1 hour set for your community at no charge he would be happy to do so.  He only does clean comedy, and his set doesn’t change whether performing in church or anywhere else.  I do understand that you may not want to have Daren back, but he is willing to come back and give Saratoga a Free Show, it is the least we can do to make up for what happened.  Wyo Laffs would again like to apologize to the Saratoga Chamber, chamber members and citizens of Saratoga.
