Helen Diane Hodgkiss

We regretfully announce the passing of Helen Diane Hodgkiss of Saratoga, Wyoming, on November 19th, 2021.

Helen was born on July 3rd, 1949, to Don and Mable Henderson in Rawlins, Wyoming.

Helen was a force of nature, determined to provide for her family and give them the life she felt they deserved. Her family meant more to her than anything else in the world, something she often mentioned. She was unendingly proud of her children and grandchildren's accomplishments and always tried her best to support them.

Anyone who knew Helen knew that she was the most loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother a family could ask for. Helen was preceded in death by her parents Don and Mable Henderson of Saratoga, Wy., and brother Roy. She is survived by her husband Dan Hodgkiss of Saratoga, Wy.; three children, Terri Hinkle (Tom Glause) of Colorado Springs, CO., Jennifer (Packy) Bowen of Elk Mountian, Wy., and Scott (Shelli) Ward of Athens. AL.; seven grandchildren, Shelby, Darby, Hazer, Brooke, Taylor, Sidney, and Bailey; four great-grandchildren, Adrianna, Maverick, Brantley, and Adalyn Grace; and five siblings, Frank Henderson, Donna Nordin, Jodell Hone, Patty Herring, and Loretta Weber.

The memorial services are pending and will be announced when finalized.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Helen D. Hodgkiss Memorial Scholarship Fund.  Checks can be made payable to the Helen D. Hodgkiss Memorial Scholarship Fund and mailed to P.O. Box 458, Saratoga, WY 82331.
