Green Mountain moves on

The Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Green Mountain at Brush Creek will be moving on to the Board of Carbon County Commissioners (BOCCC) for review and potential approval following a special meeting of the Carbon Country Planning Commission on July 26.

Brush Creek Ranch began the process for a zone change from Residential to PUD in order to develop a ski resort on Green Mountain.
