Encampment track and field competes in Pine Bluffs and Rawlins invites over weekend

Encampment High School's track and field athletes were able to fit two meets into their busy weekend, though the spring weather cut one of them short. On Friday, Encampment traveled to compete in the Pine Bluffs Invite and then, on Saturday, competed in Rawlins.

"It was good to get two meets again this week," said Kegan Willford, head coach for Encampment Track and Field. "I was a little disappointed that we got rained out in Pine Bluffs and didn't get to finish the track meet."

Despite the weather, the Encampment student athletes showed decent placings at both events over the weekend.
