Jane Gale Huntley

Jane Gale Huntley was born May 29, 1958. She was born to Paul and Barbara Slater. Jane grew up mostly in Mound City, Kansas until she moved to Saratoga, Wyoming during her high school years where she graduated. There is where she met the love of her life, Martin Huntley. They were married June 25, 1977. They made a home in Saratoga. Marty and Jane had three children; Jennifer, Travis and Susan.

On October 1, 2020 Jane went to be with her husband, Marty Huntley, to the skies above. Jane leaves behind her children; Jennifer German, Travis Huntley and Susan Huntley. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren; Kalub German, Taylor Huntley and Kyenna Jackson.

Jane is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Martin Huntley, and her brothers; Rodney Slater and Jon Slater.

Jane’s biggest accomplishment was making friends everywhere she went by serving the community by helping them out at Family Dollar or at Kum & Go. Jane always knew how to cheer a person up with her smile or by joking around with them. Jane was a member of the Sierra Madre Rebekahs No. 27 and was the Wyoming Rebekah Assembly Past President and Past President of the Department Association of Wyoming. Jane was also a member of the Saratoga Homemakers.

Cremation has taken place with a memorial service to follow in the summer of 2021.
