Numerous precautions set to ensure safety

The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, named one of the top resorts in U.S. six years in a row by Condé Nast Traveler’s Reader’s Choice Awards and one of the Best Resort Hotels in the Continental U.S. three years in a row in the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards, announced it has opened for the 2020 season as of June 7, welcoming those guests who are eager to return to travel to its 30,000 acres of expansive adventure and solitude.

The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch will be instituting a number of additional precautions to ensure the safety of guests and team members, including altering activities, transportation and dining in order to maintain proper social distancing and frequently sanitizing/disinfecting all high-touch areas and equipment after each use. In addition, all accommodations including classic lodge rooms, cabin suites and cabin homes will be completely stripped, cleaned and disinfected between guests and soft décor will be limited to those items that can be laundered. 

For those looking for the ultimate private ranch vacation, and to naturally social distance, Brush Creek Ranch will be offering the collection’s Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star property as a private guest ranch for a minimum of one week buyout. Groups of 10 to 29 people can enjoy nine cabin residences; a private lodge; private spa with outdoor pool, grotto soaking pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room; three-meal dining services, as well as access to The Farm at Brush Creek; activities, including gear and guides; and a dedicated staff.

 

Celebrate at the Ranch

Several special events will take place at The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch this year. First and foremost is the ranch’s iconic annual July 4th Independence Week Celebration. Taking place June 28 to July 5, this Wild West Week includes the Annual Independence Day Rodeo featuring bull riding, saddle broncs, team roping, barrel racing and bareback riding; nightly live entertainment; “Fire in the Sky” 4th of July fireworks show; Battle of the Ranches BBQ Cook-off; experiences and events at The Farm at Brush Creek; and a week-long activity competition with an awards ceremony on the closing evening.

In addition, Brush Creek Ranch will host several wine weekends throughout the season including: 

August 10-12 winemaker series with Todd Anderson, owner of world-renowned Ghost Horse cult wines and Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyards;

September 10-12 wine weekend with Joseph Phelps Vineyards, best known for its flagship Napa Valley blend of red Bordeaux varietals, Insignia, first produced in 1974. The wine weekend will include five-and-seven course wine pairing dinners;

October 12-14 immersive wine experience with Rutherford, California’s historic Staglin Family Winery. 

Throughout the summer, guests will also have exclusive access to The Farm at Brush Creek,an immersive culinary experience focused on seed-to-table dining that debuted last summer and features food, beverage and event experiences including Cheyenne Club restaurant. Guests will be able to participate in half-day immersive epicurean adventures at The Farm. Groups will remain small in accordance with state and local regulations.

Open through October 18, all packages at The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch are all-inclusive of luxury accommodations; an elite collection of Ranch adventures including gear, guides and instruction; and inspired dining experiences, including select wine, spirits, and beers. Standard pricing begins at $950 per person, per night, based on double occupancy, type of accommodations chosen and a three-night minimum. Pricing is exclusive of spa treatments, private lessons, a la carte excursions, select special menu offerings and reserve beverages at The Farm at Brush Creek. A 23 percent Ranch Fee applies, inclusive of all gratuities and applicable taxes.
