Judith Kay Loudin, resident of Saratoga, Wyoming, passed away on May 1, 2020, at Saratoga Care Center at the age of 79 years.
Judy was born on January 31, 1941, in Danville, Illinois. She attended Lake Shore Grade School, Pleasant Grove Grade School, and graduated from Oakwood Township High School in 1958. Judy graduated from the University of Illinois in 1962 with a BA in English Education and in 1971 with a Master's in English Education.
