Patricia L. Pennock, 67, of Cheyenne and Saratoga, Wyo., passed away early Sat. morning, March 2, 2019 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
Patricia was born April 17, 1951 in Rawlins, a daughter of the late Louis "Skeeter" and Nancy (Armstrong) Pennock.
Patricia was a graduate of the Chicago Institute of Art and was the longtime owner of Whitney's Saddle Shop in Saratoga. She will be remembered as a fine artist and a lovely person.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Michael Manners, and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, David Pennock.
A visitation was held on Tues., March 5, 2019 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Jacoby Funeral Home in Rawlins. A graveside service will be held on Wed., March 6th at 1 p.m. at the Valley Chapel in the Saratoga Cemetery with The Reverend Susan Dyer officiating.
