Lance E. Roop left us too soon on April 13, 2018. He is survived by his father Rock E. Roop and Kathleen Roop, children Rylee, Hannah, McKenzie, and Dakota and was just blessed with his first grandson, Jaxon. He will also be missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews and countless other family and friends.
Lance graduated from Saratoga High School, class of 1997. From there he made the courageous decision to serve in the United States Army. He became a jack of all trades and worked in construction. His love for outdoors gave him the opportunity to spend time hunting, fishing and spending quality time with others who shared this passion. Lance will be missed greatly for his smile, his contagious laugh and the kindness of his heart. He was a friend to everyone and would do anything possible for anyone in need.
We ask you to join his family Saturday May 19, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Veterans Island for a cook out to celebrate his life, share memories of him and be together during this difficult time.
