Burns Insurance, winner of the Saratoga/Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce 2016 “Business of the Year” Award, was honored again for their professional staff and generous community involvement.
Stacy Crimmins, Chamber CEO, nominated Burns Insurance for the state award and was recently notified of their win. Mark Anderson, President of Burns Insurance, accepted the award at the Wyoming Working Together Conference held Sept. 20-22 in Laramie.
The conference was a collaboration between the State Chamber, Wyoming Economic Development Association and Wyoming Main Street.
Crimmins spoke at the award ceremony: “Burns Insurance has been a solid part of our community for several years and may also be in yours. Our branch is continually involved in community and chamber events and demonstrate unity between the Platte Valley and Rawlins. Customers come first, but the professional staff is always willing to volunteer time to serve food at the county fair, dress up for the Halloween Walk, serve on the chamber Board of Directors, or donate to the Festival of Trees Gala and Auction.”
