The U.S. Forest Service is hosting a science-focused public outreach day Saturday, July 29 at the Glacier Lakes Ecosystem Experiments Site, located in the Snowy Range of the Medicine Bow National Forest in Wyoming.
A three-mile long, scientist-guided hike to the Glacier Lakes research site will depart from Brooklyn Lake Campground/Lost Lake Trailhead area at 9:30 a.m.
Scientists will talk about the natural history of the area and their current research. It is recommended you bring water, snacks, and a rain jacket.
