15 CCSD#2 athletes named to all-conference, 5 all-state

Fifteen Carbon County School District No. 2 basketball players were named as all-conference and five of those were voted all-state by 1A and 2A coaches, who voted on who they believe are the best basketball players in the state.

Two Saratoga Panther players were listed as all-conference, Jace Berger and Meredith Lincoln.

From Hanna-Elk Mountain-Medicine Bow (HEM), Darby Bowen and Haley Clark were named as all conference Lady Miners.

All-conference Miners include Jarrett Neimark, Wyatt Phillips, Brandon Scott and Jake Sutter.

For Encampment, all-conference Lady Tigers include Alyssa Barkhurst, Noelle Peterson and Paige Powell. All-conference Tigers boys are Gage Bartlett, Guy Erickson, KeeGan Johnson and Jared Stewart.

All-state players among 1A boys include Bartlett and Erickson of Encampment and Phillips of HEM. Barkhurst, of Encampment, was named all-state along with Clark, of HEM.
