January is half over already! Wow!

The morning coffee group Laura Rettelle, Connie Beckham, Patty Herring, Karen Dibbern, Arleigh Simmons, Linda York and Dodey Brown haven’t given me any names yet on who is running for President.

The Domino players Bill and Madeline Telfer, Bob and Lois Thompson, Phil Fleming, Lorraine Knotwell, Dick Blake, Dot Severns, Lila Payton and Laura Rettelle have kept the wagers going with Madeline, Bob and Dick being the winners.

Bill and Madeline Telfer, Jo Roberson and Joan Dowdy got the puzzle finished. They have started a new one.

The quilting bees Nancy Lynch, Lila Walbye, Joan Dowdy, Jo Roberson, Phyllis Smith, Vonda Wieburg, and Karen Casson have informed me that the quilt is a Log Cabin.

No Bridge this week.

We had 14 people take advantage of blood pressures and glucose checks this week. There was a very good turnout for Breakfast for lunch, we served 52 meals. I guess they like the cinnamon rolls.

Coming up Friday is our Evening Birthday Anniversary Night. The meal is chicken fried steak with mashed tators/gravy. Our entertainment for the evening will be Debbie Easterling and Armond and Janet Zahn known as “Cabin Fever”. Please call by noon on Friday to get your bean in the pot if you want to attend dinner with us.
