After two games postponed due to weather the Saratoga girl’s basketball team faced the Cokeville Lady Panthers on Saturday and lost 33-44.
With the winter break, no coaches were available for comment.
Cruz Escobedo lead the Saratoga Lady Panthers against Cokeville with 9 points followed by freshmen Mychaela Jackman and Melissa Pinedo with 7 and 6 points each. The loss brings the Lady Panthers record to 3-1 overall and 1-0 in the 2A southeast conference.
At 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 8 the Saratoga Lady Panthers will host the Encampment Lady Tigers (5-1) for a Valley rivalry game.
