Pretty raffle quilt for next year

Sagebrush Senior Center

We are on the last week of November, it’s hard to believe that Christmas is around the corner.

Jo Bonnett, Laura Rettelle, Nancy Lynch, Connie Beckham, Patty Herring, Karen Dibbern, Linda York, Ellie Behrmann and Dodey Brown have kept the laughter and chatter alive during their morning coffee get together.

Only one day of Dominoes this past week, Bill and Madeline Telfer, Phil Fleming, Bob and Lois Thompson, Dick Blake, Lila Payton, Roy and Donna Wells enjoyed the game. Our quilting bees Nancy Lynch, Jo Roberson, Sandy Miller, Phyllis Smith and Lila Walbye have got next year’s raffle quilt up and going. I haven’t got the name of it yet but it is quite pretty.

Rosemary Craighead, Mary Lou Noton, Sheila Johnson and Paula Harris were the one table of bridge builders this week.

Madeline and Bill Telfer and Jo Roberson have been working on the puzzle. We had 16 people take advantage of blood pressure day. Also, had a very nice gathering of 60 people for our evening meal. It was nice to have Steve Moulton as our entertainment. We will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will have blood pressures and glucose checks again on Dec. 3. I hope everyone has a very Blessed Thanksgiving Holiday. See ya’ll next week!
