Griffin Nielsen, who finished first overall at 2 hours and 25 minutes, reaches the transition point after running to the peak, where he will get back on his bike.

Susan Marich, part of a team with Addie Myers, crosses the finish line. Marich biked both portions while Myers completed the foot portion, riding back on her own accord.

Karl Smith reaches the transition point to send his wife, Christy Smith, off to finish the biking leg. Karl and Christy won first place for teams at a time of 3 hours.
