A grand day on the Encampment

Mark Price, of Fort Collins, Colo., works on his flyfishing skills on the Encampment River Friday. Price, who learned to flyfish one month ago, had not fished on the Encampment before Friday. He had some luck as he caught a "nice brown" just before the photographer showed up.
