Cora Services, Inc., of Casper, Wyo., has brought in 19 trailers to the Medicine Waters Mobile Home Park for the Sinclair Refinery Turnaround project. Although there will be 3,000 transient employees to work on the project, the impact is dispersed through Saratoga, Walcott and Rawlins. Saratoga will see a maximum of 77 workers, according to Michael Balanoff, General Manager at Corab. The project is already underway, but should be in full swing by July 20. The project is estimated to take 60 days.
