Civic duties

Especially in these times, I believe in one serving their civic duties, as possible, and I have several issues which I believe could benefit society – certainly Wyoming.

Recently Governor Mead has commented (cautioning?) the public concerning the depressed energy situation which may require the state to cut programs. While Governor Mead is employing the best- and typical- resolve at his disposal it well be vastly sufficient and many, many people will be hurt and enduring hard times when considerably more could have been done.

The best possible solution is “creating jobs” but Governor Mead cannot implement such a plan as it does not exist.

I know, because many years ago, I created an economic plan as a Job Generator -by my definition, -without programs or government involvement- is unequaled as to any existing application. Also, it is a revenue generator, thereby, completely exceeding any bureaucratic contributions. Rare, but I do have supportive material on this issue.

Transportation: It is a national problem, but includes Wyoming and certainly this area; but could be addressed. Transportation is an essential service and its absence is not without cost.

Personally, I have developed a transportation service, which will be a Class A service, initially committed to the medical sector- but includes all veterans-, free, with pickup and return of passengers doorstep to doorstep with other services pending. Saratoga would be the hub with transportation to Rawlins; Casper; Laramie; Cheyenne; Fort Collins; and other possible destinations.

Presently, Torrington could serve as an excellent example (loss of jobs) of the success or failure of the present system.

As a society we can do better.
