Utah Jazz youth basketball program tips off in Valley

Utah Jazz youth basketball season has begun in the Platte Valley. There are six teams in each of the communities, Saratoga and Encampment.

In Saratoga, the S0 team is coached by Kirby Berger and Jack Berger; S1 is coached by Karen Condict and Joe/Amy Johnson; S2 is coached by Jason Williams; S3 is coached by Chris Duke/Cruz Escobedo and Rod Escobedo; S4 is coached by Jason Williams and Jen Sewell; S5 is coached by Dean and Tonya Bartholomew and S6 is coached by Peyten Fisher/Christian Soles and Sarah Burton.

In Encampment E1 is coached by Heidi Suttee and Jennifer Widdison ; E2 is coached by Chris Rigali and Holly Roark ; E3 is coached by Brooke Powell and Cori Tieszen; E4 is coached by Heidi Sifford and Tessa Pickett; E5 is coached by Heather Bartlett and Jane Boykin; E6 is coached by Clint and Dana Bromley and E7 is coached by Tim and Lynn Pope.

Hanna, Medicine Bow and Rock River are also participating in Utah Jazz. The games include five minute warmups, six minute quarters and five minute half-times.
