Amy Elizabeth Beitel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Beitel, of Encampment, and Nicholas John Drost, son of the late Dale Drost, and Sylvia Drost of Elko, Nev. were married on Oct. 17, 2014.
The Nuptial Mass was celebrated at St. Olaf Catholic Church in Bountiful, Utah with Reverend Father Rene Rodillas presiding.
Emily Beitel, of Green River, Wyo., served as her sister’s maid of honor. Brandon Slater, brother-in-law of the groom and of Elko, Nev., served as the best man.
Following the ceremony a reception dinner was held at The Manor at Eldredge Square.
The bride graduated in 1999 from Encampment K-12 School, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Special Education from the University of Wyoming as well as her Masters degree in Special Education from Bemidji State University. Mr. Drost graduated from Elko High School in 2000 and served in the Navy aboard the USS Ford (FFG 54).
The couple currently resides in Elko, Nev. where Mrs. Drost teaches fifth grade at Elko Intermediate School and Mr. Drost is employed by Barrick Goldstrike Mines, Inc.
