From Jan. 5, 2014 through Jan. 11, 2015 the Saratoga Police Department responded to 95 calls including the following classifications:

911 hang up (1); agency assistance (1); alarm (1); animal problem (1); bar check (3); business checks (22); citizen assist (24); dog at large (4); lost dog (1); dog tag (4); vicious dog (1); fingerprints (3); fraud (2); hot pool check (8); juvenile problem (10; lockout (1); miscellaneous CAD Call Record (1); traffic accident with damage (1); record check (1); school zones (1); smoke report (3); suspicious person, circumstances (1); threatening (2); traffic stop (3); utility problem (1); VIN serial number inspection (3).

A total of 38 homes are currently on our House Watch program and one person is on the Home Alone program.

Jan. 6

Peggy Howell, of Vernal, Utah, was given a warning for no headlights.

Jan. 7

Douglas Duplisea, of Saratoga, Wyo., was given a warning for speeding.
