Ralston appointed to SCWEMS

Kelly Ralston was appointed as the Riverside representative to the South Central Wyoming Emergency Medical Service (SCWEMS) board. Ralston will replace Gary Stull who was elected to the Encampment town council and can no longer serve on the SCWEMS board as it would violate the SCWEMS bylaws. Stull suggested Ralston for his replacement in a letter to the town council.
