Keep an eye out for armed chairs

There were two full tables here for Duplicate Bridge on Monday. High winners were Sheila Johnson and Glee Johnson. Second high went to Gertrude Herold and Mary Sjoden.

We are trying to get some chairs with arms on them. They seem to be easier to get out of, so if you have any chairs with arms that are sturdy and you would like to get rid of them give us a call. We could use at least five more. We would really appreciate them.

We are going to have a Halloween party up here on Nov.1. Mark your calendar and come join us. Costumes are not required but we would not object if you wore one. You might even get your lunch for free. It should be a very interesting lunch. It is guaranteed to be fun for everyone.

It has been a lot of fun having Jane Fluty here with us the past three days. She has been filling in for June, and she has done a great job.

We want to wish Teense Willford a very speedy recovery. He had knee surgery on Thursday in Fort Collins. We heard everything went well and he should be home soon to do his recovery.

Also we want to say get well to Dave Johnson. We heard he just got out of the hospital.
