Tiger tournament triumph

The Encampment Junior High School volleyball team can barely contain their excitement over winning the tournament Saturday after beating the Saratoga Middle School volleyball team in the championship game. The Encampment Lady Tigers have not won the tournament since 1991. See the story on page 15.
