Assistant town clerk recognized, consensus funds discussed

Encampment makes plans to pay off loans

At the Encampment Town Council meeting on Oct. 9, outcoming Deputy Clerk Susan Munson was presented a plaque recognizing her years of service to the town.

Mayor Greg Salisbury said “(Munson’s) going to go on and do something else great … she gave the Town of Encampment years and years and years of dedicated service.”

Munson said it was not an easy decision to leave, but she is going to help her husband grow his business.
