"Unstoppable You"

Union Wireless sponsoring back-to-school picnic

Saratoga schools, with sponsorship of Union Wireless, will host the nationally recognized “The Unstoppable You” program.

The Unstoppable You program is a series of powerful, true, life-changing stories along with big-screen images and videos that connect to participants on a deeply emotional level. Hosted by Craig Conrad, the presentation is aimed at changing the attitudes of students, staff, administrators and parents to achieve excellence both in and out of class.

Dan Marquart, the guidance counselor at Saratoga Middle High School spoke very highly of Conrad and the program.

“I have seen this speaker’s presentation in the past, and am very excited that we have the opportunity to have him present to our students and community.”

“We are pleased to partner with Craig Conrad to help inspire a change in the way today’s youth view bullying, drugs, alcohol, violence and apathy. The program boosts students’ self-esteem and confidence,” Brian Woody, Chief Customer Relations Officer at Union Wireless, said.

Activities will culminate with a free community barbecue from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.at Saratoga High School – all community members are invited to attend. At 6 p.m. following dinner, Craig Conrad will conduct an open forum and discussion on how to implement the positive aspects of his program community-wide. In addition, there will be prize drawings for free Bluetooth headsets and a grand prize for a Google Chromebook computer.

This event will take place from 8:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. today, at the Saratoga High School gymnasium, and from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. tomorrow at Saratoga Elementary School.

The public is welcome at either session.
