From March 17 to March 23, 2014, the Saratoga Police Department responded to 138 calls including the following classifications:
Agency assistance (1); bar check (20); business checks (57); citizen assist (2); destruction of property (1); dog at large (2); lost dog (2); dog tag (1); fingerprints (1); fraud (1); hot pool check (26); larceny (2); lockout (2); lost & found (1); parking problem (1); school zones (6); search and rescue (1); traffic complaint (1); traffic stop (4); VIN serial number inspection (3); violation of written town rod. (1); wanted person (1); welfare check (1).
A total of 47 homes are currently on our House Watch program and two people are on the Home Alone program.
Warnings, citations
and arrests:
March 19
Aaron Shue, of Saratoga, was given a verbal warning for no headlights.
Lori Cooksey, of Saratoga, was cited for speeding and No Proof of Insurance
March 20
Brian Leach of Henry, Tenn., was issued a citation for Truck Route
March 22
A male juvenile, of Rawlins, was issued a citation for MIP of Alcohol
