Marcella Aden Jewell

Marcella Aden Jewell, 87, of Denver, passed away on March 14, 2014.

Marcella was born in Rawlins on Sept. 27, 1926, to Lloyd and Mary Aden, of Saratoga.

She grew up on the family ranch outside of Saratoga, but spent much of her time with her grandmother, Anna Paulson, in Saratoga.

She graduated from Saratoga High School in 1944 and continued her education at Stephens College in Columbia, Mo.

In 1945, she moved to Denver where she was employed by Western Airlines at the Reservation Desk in the Brown Palace Hotel, and later as a supervisor for the Colorado Real Estate Commission. While in Denver...
