Joe Hamann, an employee for Saratoga Do-it Best Lumber and Supply, discovered the sign above the lumber supply building spinning in the wind Friday. Jerry Fluty, of Valley Construction, and James Watson, of Custom Builders work in the high winds to remove the sign after it was stabilized. Dave Vogler, manager at Saratoga Do-it Best Lumber, said that three of the four welds had broken from the wind blowing on the sign. First Street was blocked as the sign was removed. Southeast Wyoming has had high winds for several days with winds reaching 32 miles per hour on Friday. Winds Thursday reached 36 miles per hour.
