Suitcases filled with marijuana were confiscated near Elk Mountain after Wyoming State Patrol pulled the driver over for speeding.

54-year-old Randy Rheinhardt and 28-year-old Jon-Paul File, both from Evansville, Ind., were arrested on Feb. 4. The two men face felony charges for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, felony possession of a controlled substance in plat form and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
They were stopped on Interstate 80 about 12 miles from Elk Mountain.
Rheinhardt and File were stopped by Wyoming State Patrol for speeding 78 miles per hour in a 65 mph zone. The trooper discovered more than 20 pounds of marijuana...
