Cheesecakes to give a boost

Amanda Ten Eyck, mother of Becca Hayward, encouraged members of the speech and debate team in the creation of three delightful cheesecakes for the SHS Booster Club Cheesecake fundraiser. The different types of cakes included a blackberry cheesecake, blue ribbon cheesecake with a sour cream topping and a blueberry, chocolate and almond cheesecake. The cheesecake auction has been postponed until Saturday. The silent auction begins at 1 p.m. at the beginning of the junior varsity games. The live auction will be held between the girls and boys varsity games.
