Sam Platts and the Kootenai Three entertained a large crowd at the Valley Service Organization's Holiday Dance Saturday night at the Platte Valley Community Center Great Hall. Toddlers and octogenarians alike attended the concert, with many taking advantage of the old-time country music and dancing to waltzes and listening to polka music. Platts played several songs that he wrote or co-wrote and sold copies of his newly-released CD. "This was a lot of fun," Platts said after the concert.
