A good time was had by all at the Platte Valley Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s (RMEF) 22nd annual Big Game Banquet and Auction held Saturday at the Platte Valley Community Center.
According to the RMEF, its mission is “to ensure the future of elk, other wildlife, their habitat and our hunting heritage.” Jill Tonn, Western Wyoming Senior Regional Director, said RMEF members from all over the Mountain West attend the Platte Valley banquet and auction each year.
