After attending Saratoga High School’s graduation and other recent year-end school events, I can’t help but ask myself “What would I have been like if I went to high school in a small town?”
After getting to chat with and interview our local youth, I have been surprised at how most of the kids in the Platte Valley seem ambitious when it comes to academic performance, and actively participate in school-related activities like sports, band, choir, speech or other things their school has to offer.
