Beginning June 3 through approximately August 6, construction of Wyoming Highway 71 (Sage Creek Road) will take place, resulting in two months of road closure during set hours.
Construction will begin 26 miles south of Rawlins and end 27 miles from starting point. Portions of Sage Creek Road will be completely closed between the hours of 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
Closures will be done Monday through Saturday except for federal holidays.
From Jack Creek Road out of Saratoga, there may be 15 minute delays, Bill Nation, Carbon County Road and Bridge supervisior, said.
