I-80 westbound passing lane closed

WYDOT advises motorists on Interstate 80 that the westbound passing lane is now closed from Rawlins west to the Carbon County line.

On Monday, McMurry Ready Mix put head-to-head, two-way traffic in the westbound lane of that section so they could perform construction in the eastbound lane.

The head-to-head traffic lasts until Oct. 15. There is going to be a 15-foot width restriction in both directions during that time.
