Serving the Platte Valley since 1888

Chasie Willow Pantle

Chasie Willow Pantle was born Jan. 12, 2013 at Ivinson Memorial Hospital, in Laramie. Chasie is the daughter of Mitch and Ryan Pantle and the sister to Cooper Austin-Pantle of Encampment.

After 18 amazing days with her family and friends and a long, hard fight for her life, Chasie was called back to heaven on Jan. 30, 2013 at the Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colo.

Chasie loved to lie on her daddy’s chest and listen to him hum as she went to sleep. She loved to have her mommy softly stroke her hair and caress her skin as she held her close. Chasie loved being held by her brother and lay in the warmth of the sun.

Chasie will be greatly missed by her family, but not forgotten. Chasie is survived by her parents, Mitch and Ryan Pantle, her brother Cooper Austin-Pantle, and her grandparents, Cassie and Patrick Austin, Skyler and Marcy Knotwell, and Keith and Stacey Pantle, great grandparents and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., March 23, at the Grand Encampment Opera House in Encampment.

The family is asking those who wish to attend bring a small donation such as a stuffed animal, a blanket or a onesie to be donated to the Children’s Hospital in Chasie’s name.

“A heart of gold stopped beating, two shining eyes at rest.

God broke our hearts to prove He only takes the best”

-unknown author.

The family is deeply appreciative of the prayers, food, cards, gifts, flowers, sentiments and support that has been shown to their family during this most difficult time in their lives.
