After an executive session to discuss personnel, the Saratoga Planning Commission gained ground on a common understanding of Home Occupations as they are defined in Chapter 18.06 of the Saratoga Municipal Code.
Zoning officer Chuck Bartlett requested the board clarify special use permits as they relate to home occupations as a result of what he said were conflicting interpretations of the home occupation definitions.
