    The Saratoga High School Panther basketball team kept its winning ways and remains the only undefeated boys basketball team in the state. The first game the Panthers played was against the Southeast Cyclones in Laramie at the University of Wyoming's basketball arena on Friday.     The Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) Miner High School basketball team played a Saratoga team this week and won. It was not the Saratoga varsity team which is currently undefeated, but the Saratoga JV team. They won 55 to 50 on February 2.     The Encampment Tigers racked up a pretty good score last Friday when they faced Little Snake River in Baggs for a conference game. Little Snake River's Rattlers toppled the Tigers leaving the court with a 56-41 win in this conference game. The Tigers then tangled with the HEM Miners in Saturday's home, non-conference game.
