Harry Davidson and Alice Kennaday Davidson, homesteaders above Cedar Creek. He joined sisters Amonda, Vita, and Louiza ‘Billye’; and later Eleanora ‘Sis’, Charles ‘Dan’, and Rae were added. Dick Neuman passed away quietly at his residence in Saratoga on Dec. 11, 2012 after his long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 60 years young. Dick was born in Rawlins on July 17, 1952 to H.T. and Evelyn Neuman. He attended schools in Rawlins and later attended Casper College then the University of Wyoming.
