Floyd was born May 5, 1930 at home in rural Maries County, Mo., the second son of Sarah Ellen (Deardueff) Roberson and Floyd Clinton Roberson. Raised in various small towns in Missouri, he graduated from Neosho High School in 1948, and moved to Dixon, Mo., shortly after, where he met his wife, Josephine M.     Jeanette F. Mason Baker, a resident of Saratoga, since July 1995, died Aug. 27 at Saratoga’s Deseret Nursing Home. She was born Oct. 19, 1935, the oldest daughter of Leo and Eva (now Stubbs) Cummins, in Newcastle. Jeanette was diagnosed with Type I diabetes while a teenager and survived a crippling stroke in May 2001.     Don McVey passed away of a massive heart attack at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 23 at the North Idaho Advanced Care Hospital in Post Falls, Idaho. Don was born on Sept. 15, 1934 to Jack and Adeline McVey in Ronan, Mont. Don spent a good percentage of his youth farmed out to farmers and ranchers to help with the haying and the everyday chores.
