Herbert Douglas Viner passed away on Jan. 14, 2015. Herbert was born July 25, 1928 in Laramie, the first son of Frank Lott Viner Jr., and Aleen Fanning Viner. He served on board the USS Alabama at the very end of WWII and lived nearly all of his life in West Laramie.
