    ord was received here this week of the death of Anna (Yoakum) Pilot Stubbs, 103, who at her passing was believed to be Saratoga's oldest native. According to an obituary posted on the Schrader Funeral Home website, she died June 12, 2015, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne.
